When you are on Mastercam maintenance, MCAM Northwest adds all support services for maintenance customers including phone, GotoMeeting and email support, application based support, data migration assistance, and general guidance. Mastercam training is always based on the current release, as well as all of our free workshops. By staying current with your maintenance, you will have access to our Post Processor and Machine Simulator services. These are developed exclusively for the current version.

When running an older version, these services are limited to making sure your older product is licensed correctly and runs on your original hardware.
